Sales Project Manager

The Sales Project Manager will possess strong prospecting skills and an aptitude for customer service. A successful candidate will oversee and manage sales activities for construction projects from kick-off to completion. They will have an inspection and sprinkler fitting experience while ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless execution of projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and NFPA codes, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The incumbent will estimate and quote new construction projects along with upgrades to existing fire sprinkler systems. This is an exciting opportunity to engage in impactful work as you contribute to enhancing safety standards and protecting lives through your sales leadership.

Local travel within the southeast Wisconsin area is required. Vehicle allowance provided.

Service Coordinator

As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a versatile, detail‑driven Service Coordinator.

The Service Coordinator manages the scheduling, dispatching, and documentation for fire safety technicians inspecting and repairing fire sprinkler systems. This individual is the primary liaison between customers and field staff to ensure code compliance and on-time service delivery. 

Staff Accountant

As our Staff Accountant, you’ll be the primary owner of day‑to‑day accounting activities. You’ll record cash transactions, manage receivables, assist in payables functions, handle reconciliations, and play a role in month‑end close. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys diving into details, and takes pride in maintaining clean, accurate financial data. This role is critical to our shift toward a more data‑driven operation. By ensuring accurate, timely financial data, the Staff Accountant directly supports better forecasting, cleaner reporting, and smarter decision‑making across the company.

Core Drill Operator

The Core Drill Operator will play a key role in sustaining our reputation for outstanding customer service by efficiently assisting with field operations. This is a great career opportunity to gain knowledge in fire protection and grow with our company.  

  • Shift Hours: 6 AM – 2:30 PM; overtime available 

  • Starting Pay: $24-26 hourly, commensurate with experience.

A Day in the Life – Core Drill Operator   

  • Operates power tools in the warehouse and at construction sites (wet/dry coring machines, saws, threaders, etc.)

  • Accurately and safely measure and complete hole coring with direction from the job site foreman.

  • Receiving, storing, processing, and delivering fire protection products, materials, and equipment to construction sites.

  • Forklift operation, loading/unloading trucks keeping materials organized and accessible.

  • Deliver pipe and material to job sites via shop stake trucks and vans.

  • Assist in the maintenance of warehouse vehicles and equipment.

  • Keep the coring equipment and work van clean and organized.

  • Cleaning and organizing the shop work environment.

  • Follows company and job site safety policies and procedures.

  • Travel to construction sites 20-25 %. Company vehicle provided.
