The District is situated along the Milwaukee River, in proximity to the historic downtown area of West Bend. This project was executed in two construction phases, with Blair Fire Protection securing contracts for both. The initial phase featured a stand-alone apartment building with retail space, which incorporated five wet systems along with a manual wet standpipe system.

The subsequent phase featured another stand-alone apartment building, two townhomes with landscaped areas and an underground parking facility that interlinks the three structures. Fire protection measures implemented included seven wet systems, one dry system and a manual wet standpipe system.
