Nicolet Union High School underwent significant renovations to enhance its existing facilities. The improvements encompassed an expansion of the building, upgrades to infrastructure, and the creation of modern learning environments.

A critical infrastructure requirement was the installation of fire protection systems throughout the entire facility. Blair Fire Protection was selected for this task due to their proficiency in managing complex retrofits and their capability to organize large, phased projects. The upgraded facility is now equipped with ten wet systems and one preaction system, all supported by a 750 GPM fire pump.
