This 31-story upscale residential tower is situated along Milwaukee's River Walk in the Historic Third Ward. This structure features retail space, an amenity floor, a seven-story parking facility and a total of 333 residential units.

To address the demanding schedule, Blair Fire Protection implemented a strategy to enhance the efficiency of our CPVC piping installation, ensuring adherence to the stringent construction timeline.

This project encompassed 32 wet systems, 8 dry systems, a Class 1 Automatic standpipe system, a manual dry standpipe system and a 1,000 GPM fire pump.
